Friendly and courteous, went beyond the initial problem to check all factors that may have contributed to my heating issue. Joe took several extra steps to isolate the issue and spent the necessary time to check all factors, from thermostat to element.
We woke up on this cold morning with a broken furnace. Called Turners and they were out within a couple hours, found the issue, and repaired immediately. So pleased we won’t have to suffer the cold with no heat! Tim was awesome, super friendly, and would welcome his work anytime!
